In most cases, you won’t have to deal with customs clearance (unless local regulations require it), and there won’t be any surprise duties or tax fees, except in a few countries where we can’t handle that for you. Whether you’re treating yourself to the latest beauty products or surprising your little one with a new toy, rest assured that your order is in great hands until it’s safely with you!
- Delivery Cost
Exciting news for our members! Enjoy the fantastic perk of FREE Standard Shipping on every order you make at CHIPCOM! Just a heads-up: we do have a fair usage policy in place. When you place your order, the shipping fees will be determined based on your delivery address, and you’ll have the chance to see this before finalizing your purchase. Typically, unless stated otherwise, your shipping fee covers delivery right to your doorstep, along with any applicable duties or taxes in your country or city—no surprise charges here! The only time you might see additional costs is if an item needs special handling due to its size or weight. If that happens, we’ll promptly review your order and let you know about any extra charges. You’ll then have the option to either proceed with these costs and complete your order or cancel for a full refund. Happy shopping!

- Order Tracking
After you submit your order, it will show up as Pending in the Track Orders section of your account. This allows you to keep an eye on its progress until it reaches you. If your order includes items from various suppliers, please note that they will all be shipped together once the final item arrives at our facility. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is packed for delivery, which will include the courier’s name and tracking number (AWB). You can use this information to track your package online and communicate any local delivery needs directly with the courier. - Express Delivery
When possible, we provide an Express Shipping option that typically arrives 2-3 days sooner than our Standard Shipping. You will see these options at checkout once you verify your delivery address.
- Availability
The stock levels displayed on CHIPCOM reflect the most current data we have at that moment. Although we make every effort to provide precise and up-to-date information regarding availability, it is possible for these details to change from the time you place an item in your cart until your order is finalized. Occasionally, an item might be out of stock, or the quantity you requested may not be obtainable. Should this occur, we will reach out to you to discuss your options. Generally, items are expected to be restocked within 24 to 48 hours.
- Handling and Delivery
CHIPCOM will assign delivery of your order to one of their approved courier partners, and they are responsible for delivering your order to your door.Â
If there is any exterior damage visible on the packaging at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery of the shipment and it will be returned to us for further inspection. In case you discover that the item is damaged after accepting the delivery, then please contact CHIPCOM Support within 7 days of delivery and we will assist.Â
- Import Clearance
CHIPCOM must adhere to the local laws of each country regarding the importation of authorized products. Consequently, certain items offered by CHIPCOM might be banned or limited in specific nations. Once you submit your order, we will examine the details to check for any restricted items relevant to your location. If we identify any prohibited products, we will cancel those items to ensure compliance with the regulations. This action will only be taken if necessary, and you will receive a full refund for any items that are removed for this reason.
